Customer Service Representative

We are excited to hire an entry level Customer Service Representative for our growing consumer services team. Our customer experience experts have quickly moved to the top of our industry and our Customer Service Representatives are the foundation of our firm. We develop our team members to excel in any department of our firm, including (but not limited to) customer service, sales support, and client knowledge.


The Customer Service Representative will report directly to our Executive Customer Service & Sales Support Manager. We are looking for individuals who possess certain traits, such as; self-driven, positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and comfortability with interacting with various types of people.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate:

  • Communicating directly to the consumers and complying with our clients guidelines

  • Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive sales for the firm

  • Managing customer service related tasks, whether its an initial problem or just overall thorough explanation of our what our clients product offers

  • Showing not only customer rapport but team comradery within our company. We pride ourselves on not just the relationships we build with our consumers and clients but with our team as well

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences every time



Role Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of promotional marketing, sales or customer service experience is beneficial to accelerate within our company

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills with not only our consumers but with our clients. This helps build and maintain a strong relationship

  • The ability to not only be proficient in a fast-paced environment but also troubleshoot when problems arise and follow through with consumers and/or clients depending on issue

  • The demand in our market is high so we do need someone who is willing to work nights and/or weekends
