Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
-Candidate will be looking at the business requirements and providing guidance, decipher whats needed from the current relational table and help dissent into future starts.
-Resource will design and implement new data models for the Corporate Human Resources data and information management team.
-Work will involve the consolidation of three different data warehouse solutions that exist today into one solution leveraging Data Vault type model structure.
-The creation of new presentation data views from the newly integrated data sources will be required.
-Creation of a new data sourcing strategy to evaluate if we can eliminate redundant data feeds and simplify logic used in the various data loads is expected to be required.
-Resource must have working experience with Data Vault and Dimensional modeling methods.
-Resource must be able to work independently.
-Ideal candidate will have experience with both schema-on-write and schema-on-read approaches to model creation.
