Data Entry Operator

You will play a crucial role in maintaining our databases and ensuring the integrity of our data. Responsibilities:

- Input and update data in various software and databases
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries
- Assist in data clean-up and maintenance projects
- Respond promptly and professionally to data entry related inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality and consistency of data
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team member
- Adhere to data integrity and security policies and procedures
- Continuously improve data entry processes to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in a remote work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn new software/systems quickly
