Duties & Responsibilities:                                                                                                              

  • Be a Key Advocate for proactive initiatives around data completeness and data quality for verifiers
  • Participate in multiple complex special projects related to data quality support and record fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal Equifax Workforce Solutions clients (AMs, AEs, WSS, PD, Verifier teams, etc.)
  • Assists in client-specific proactive client data initiatives.
  • Researches and identifies data quality issues reported through the Client or found by the Verification Service Support team and work with employers/verifiers to create a resolution
  • Provides consulting and support to clients as they work toward data solutions for existing services.
  • Analyzes data in test and production environments.
  • Review the historical integrity of data in the production database for clients.
  • Manages the technical implementation for The Work Number and UCM services with existing Workforce Solutions clients, testing data with clients for accuracy and data quality concerns.
  • Initiates and tests resolutions, ultimately resolving issues in the production environment.
  • Researches, coordinates, and executes the transfer of new data feeds or data corrections with clients to ensure that continuity and level of service are maintained. 
  • Communicates the value of services to clients through a high level of understanding of Workforce Solutions services and the available data and configuration options.
  • Advises management of customer acceptance of existing products and services and makes recommendations on enhancements or new services based upon client input.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-5 years of EWS experience
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Thorough understanding of the applications for which the team utilizes
  • High-performance track record
  • Must possess strong analytical thinking
