Desktop Support Engineer,

Location: Cambridge MA Duration : 12 Month Contract Description: • Build Laptop / desktop computers, peripherals and configure network connections • Install, Configure and test the Operating Systems and its functionality. • Experience on install, configure and troubleshoot Desktop / laptop hardware • Install and configure Standard and business applications, Microsoft Outlook, Web Browsers etc., • Experience on Basic Windows Active Directory troubleshooting • Network related troubleshooting· Should have an experience on Install, configure, update and troubleshoot Printers, scanners, Fax, copier etc., Job Responsibilities • 5-9 Years of Experience in Desktop / Helpdesk Support· • Extend computer support for systems software· • Support and troubleshoot RSA/VPN remote connections· • Experience on Windows Users profiles management· • Experience on Windows System reimage· • Experience on Desktop Backup / restore· • Experience Access Management: Grant / remove Windows user / group access based on the user request· • Experience on Ticketing tool *Handle all tickets assigned through Service Now Ticketing tool Job Type: Contract Salary: 18.00 /hour Required education: • Bachelor's Required experience: • Windows Backup & Restore: 5 years • Troubleshoot VPN Remote Connections: 1 year • Windows User Profiles: 1 year • ServiceNow Ticketing Tool: 2 years • Helpdesk/Customer/Desktop Support: 5 years
