Digital Account Director

Aisle Rocket Studios is seeking a Digital Account Director who is able to develop strategic decision plans in terms of marketing mix and various channel tactics. The ideal candidate will need to put his or her interactive and integrated brand experience skills on display. As a thought leader behind the digital experiences for some of the most respected brands in America, you ll provide excellent mentorship skills while leading a stellar, cross-functional interactive team.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term relationships by forging strategic partnerships with day-to-day clients and other key decision-makers

  • An active leader and stakeholder in all phases of the project lifecycle for multiple accounts

  • Partner with the cross-functional agency team, developing strategies and ideas that meet and exceed client goals

  • Lead client, agency and cross-agency partners in integrated marketing planning exercises

  • Identify and recommend omnichannel solutions that leverage paid, earned, and/or owned channels

  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy definition, ideation, creative development, and ongoing thought leadership

  • Lead client presentations with compelling strategic and visual storytelling

  • Foster an environment of collaboration between clients, internal project teams and agency partners

  • Anticipate future client needs; project and mitigate risks

  • Create opportunities to engage socially and professionally with clients to drive ongoing partnerships

  • Mentor digital account and cross-functional team members to maximize full growth potential

  • Partner with agency leadership to plan, forecast and grow profitability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience at an interactive agency in a client-facing role

  • Demonstrate a background in drawing actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative data

  • Complete command of paid, earned and owned media channels

  • Demonstrable experience with strategy, creative and production life cycles (including agile) at a digital agency

  • Proven project management experience, including successful implementation of new agency processes and workflows

  • Experience with consumer brands, retail industry, and e-commerce

  • Superb management, leadership and delegation skills

  • Experience with managing financials across multiple accounts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
