Responsibilities And Essential Duties Information Management, internal Subject Matter Expert for Information Management Establish and manage enterprise-wide governance a fit for purpose Information Management for Cheniere, including but not limited to Information Management strategy Manage relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to help mitigate risks around Information Management Maintain up to date and usable Data Map and Taxonomy Manage the partnership with Information Technology around information management Oversee and management of offsite document storage and document retention, retrieval and shredding services Manage financial and people resources for entire Information Management department    Qualifications (education, Experience And Skills) Education and Certifications : Bachelor’s Degree or related field requirement or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Experience : Must have minimum of 10-15 years of experience in information or data related functional role, including 5 or more years of experience in leadership role. Project management experience preferred Skills : Strong understanding of Information Management Program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong senior leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and navigating change. Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues where analysis of issues, data, processes and situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives and in-depth industry and technical knowledge. Ability to drive innovation across areas of responsibility, as well drive decisions for large-scale and complex projects Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data analysis skills. Ability to handle uncertainty while continuing to drive assigned work with a positive, highly motivated, and with a can-do attitude. Understanding of Program management.
