Enterprise Account Executive - Expand, Chicago

Quick Base – Chicago, IL

Quick Base continues to grow and we re looking for Enterprise representatives to work remotely in territory! The Account Executive uses a consultative sales approach and strong product knowledge to drive revenue and exceed quota. Were seeking energetic and smart individuals that are passionate about technology and excited to obsess over our customers. The Account Executive will work with multiple stakeholders within organizations to understand their business challenges/needs and provide strategic recommendations and best practices on how to utilize Quick Base. Were looking for smart and talented individuals with the potential to develop and grow! Responsibilities:
  • The Account Executive will drive revenue by managing sales opportunities from both inbound and outbound sales activities
  • Develop a strategic plan to prioritize time investment across book of business and manage an active pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Face to face engagement with existing customers and new prospects within the account base
  • Work collaboratively with a virtual team including Customer Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care & 3rd party Solution Providers to support the customer
  • Develop strong product knowledge and position the Quick Base platform with prospects and customers
  • Responsible for driving the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to close
  • Participate in internal Quarterly Business Review as well as other internal operations to report on business results, near term goals, and customer needs
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of technology/software sales experience preferred
  • Solution selling and ability to manage customer relationships
  • Demonstrate achievement in meetings and exceeding $1M quota assignment
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills that result in value based multi-year contracts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding and provide examples of how you have managed a sales pipeline efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to ask the questions relevant to that prospect to uncover needs and qualify opportunities
  • Experience actively managing and cultivating a sales pipeline, including multiple opportunities at various stages
  • Ability to identify and address the prospects needs and/or connect the prospect with the appropriate resource to meet their needs
  • Technical acumen: can learn to demonstrate a moderately technical product to prospects
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Ability to sell to customers both over the phone and in-person
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize a sales methodology in customer engagements, for example Sandler, preferred
