And we have a need to increase the size of our field team. Not only for our benefits reps we do also need to fill for an entry level management position.

We expanded into the greater Boston territory starting the end of 2015. Because of our leadership model and training systems; since that point we have experienced double digit growth. In October of 2018 we started a location in North Carolina. And now in January 2019 we expanded to New York City. Now with our sites set on growth not only in MA, RI, NY, and NC but also NH and CT as well! We are ready to bring our next generation of leaders to be a part of our energetic and determined team for 2019.

Entry Level Benefits Coordinator

Benefits Coordinators are engaged in direct client interaction with the support of our diverse team of professionals at an assigned location. Working as a team in a decentralized management structure empowers our teams to rapidly make decisions that impact how they perform. Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
