Overview

We are looking for a candidate to join our rapidly growing team. Yagjian Inc handles the supplemental benefits for over 30,000 unions and associations internationally. We have been voted Happiest Workplace by Forbes and Top Places to Work by the Boston Globe for 2018. We are looking for a hardworking, motivated individual that is ready to jump start their career. Our agency is made up of some of the top leaders and mentors in Boston. We have a comprehensive training program that focuses on personal and professional development that will set you up for success. The positions we need to fill are performance based*; meaning advancement and future compensation is based off of results and experience, not tenure!

Responsibilities

  • Manage benefits for unions and associations members
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service by educating clients on our service packages and determining which service best suits their needs
  • Attend scheduled appointments to establish customer relationships and educate about our services
  • Maintain pristine organization and efficiency
  • Make outgoing calls and receive ongoing calls from clients and team members

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organizational skills
  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications such as Microsoft
  • Management/Leadership experience preferred
  • Competitive mindset and an athletic or army background preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required

Our compensation is based on efforts; the positions we need to fill are performance based*; meaning advancement and future compensation is based off of results and experience, not tenure!. The starting salary typically starts between $60,000 - $70,000.
