Entry Level Customer Relationship Manager

The Entry Level Customer Relationship Manager will start off learning the roots of the company which includes essential communications management and sales tactics, the significance of building customer rapport, client knowledge, managing consumer inquiries and documenting consumer interactions / potential leads and report them to the CRM Director. In addition to learning the foundation, The entry level Customer Relationship Manager will identify consumer/ industry trends to ensure that their clients brands are recognized as industry leaders. While this position starts as an entry level role, given success with the fundamentals, the Customer Relationship Manager position will have the opportunity to assist the CRM and Sales Director in potential project and territory management / troubleshooting, help plan and develop training potential newcomers, and assist in running and managing daily sales meetings with the rest of the department.

Details & Responsibilities:

  • Learning the Sales Process: this includes knowing and understanding the full presentation of our clients product as well as the different packages available to potential consumers

  • Understanding the Customer Service Process: customer service is a continuous task by helping initial explanations, catering packages to consumers needs, and following through after they move forward with a package to ensure satisfaction and generate potential new leads

  • Helping communicate between potential customers and our clients: The entry level Customer Relationship Manager acts as a liaison between our client and the consumer, providing detailed knowledge and building a rapport with each is a crucial element of this position

  • Being an important part of our team: willing to help other team members whether its with client knowledge, potential new leads, or new sales tactics

  • Requirements:

    Our successful team members come from various backgrounds, and have several skills in common:

  • A history of commitment in Business, Customer Service, Sales, and/or Marketing

  • Associates or Bachelors degree within a related department including marketing, management, or business development

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with consumers and clients is crucial

  • Experience working in a fast paced environment is a plus and has been a proven asset to success with our progressive company culture
