Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description :Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining detailed UAT Test Cases based on business requirements. Designing, developing, and executing automation test scripts and assisting in creation of manual test scripts. Evaluating and reporting test results for both content related updates and system functionality. Identifying, analysing, tracking and reporting product defects, and assist with resolution definition and testing. Using critical thinking, multi-faceted problem-solving, systems thinking, and user cantered evaluation to review customer experiences and feedback to present opportunities for improvement. Develop new tests that validate new features, verify issue resolution, perform stress tests, and identify security weak points Confer with team members to develop, understand, and update requirements for product features Write and maintain testing documentation on subjects including API functionality and software issue creation/resolution Maintain confidentiality of information being processed, stored, or accessed   Desired Skills: Familiarity w MS Office, various systems and databases. Interpersonal communication, ability to effectively communicate with various functional backgrounds to ensure objectives are met. Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
