Entry-level Administrative/HR Assistant

Monument Staffing – Boston, MA

Overview: Looking to fill an entry-level administrative/HR role. The ideal fit is someone who is a self-starter and looking to gain experience in an administrative office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as calendar planning, handling documents, traveling booking, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings and activities for the office
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative support tasks such as filing, copying, shredding and organizing
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Professional writing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
