Our PMO Analyst will support program teams by coordinating the human resource needs in a fast paced environment. Work with various teams to identify positions to be filled, manage the process of identifying candidates for the program to include the internal and subcontractor sourcing process. Additionally, this person will implement orientation activities, ensure process documentation is up to date, and support engagement activities. This person will also provide surge support for other PMO related activities.
Tasks performed will include (but not be limited to):
  • Work directly with program leadership to support the gathering of status and support the review of program forecasts and financials
  • Active role in leading Great Place to Work initiatives
  • Ensuring required Roll-on/Roll-off paperwork is completed and tracked by team members
  • Completing security roll-on forms for Security team
  • Completing Labor Category verifications for all new team members
  • Ensuring updates in PMO Powertool are maintained for resources and roles
  • Submit client-side network access requests, GFE requests, roll-on/roll-off documents

Basic Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 3 year of Word, Excel , Powerpoint experience (intermediate skill)
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in project administration/support, including milestone tracking; consideration given for school coursework in these areas
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work independently

    An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
