The Food Service Manager will be responsible for the training and oversight of a permanent staffing team, food quality, preparation, and production at the specified property. Staffing teams include but are not limited to; Executive Chef, Sous Chef, food service managers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, utility, and catering.
Responsible for ensuring that Lancer is delivering high quality food with friendly service and each locations dining operation is run in a professional, efficient and profitable manner. On occasion, the FSM is also responsible for staffing and oversight of events and service that might be needed outside of our regular operating hours.
Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and the ability to nurture a team-centered work environment in which staff members are motivated to provide exceptional service. Must have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service for every customer, every time.
