Global Sales and Strategy Lead - Finance and Operations

The F&O Workload lead will own sales strategy, productivity and transformation of our legacy ERP business to the cloud and work across Engineering, Product Marketing, Monetization and in-market/region sales resources to drive revenue attainment, growth and customer adoption for our strategic Business SaaS offerings.The Workload Sales Lead, F&O will serve as the end to end owner of sales pipeline, billed revenue and seat deployment/utilization metrics for customer deployments of Dynamics 365 F&O and will be responsible for developing clear, consistent and scalable sales programs, initiatives and offers to land across priority geographies, markets and segments. More specifically, the Workload Sales Lead for F&O will be responsible for engaging internal key sales leaders and strategic customers around the world to ensure that Microsoft meets its desired revenue, utilization and growth targets. The Workload Sales lead for F&O will create, drive and scale the necessary sales strategy, execution measurement, and business health monitoring initiatives needed to ensure that Microsoft delivers on our desired business outcomes according to both current fiscal and long-range plans.ResponsibilitiesAreas of Responsibility & Accountability:

  • Own billed revenue attainment, growth and seat deployment / utilization for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Enable the field through driving strategic wins and deployments by helping customers leverage Dynamics 365 cloud services to drive Digital Transformation.
  • Uncover and unlock strategic sales of Dynamics 365 cloud services by engaging in customer workshops and executive briefings (EBCs) with marquee customers.
  • External outreach and engagement, and trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and Independent Software Vendors.
  • Serve as the point of escalation on critical business solution issues and proactively represent customer requirements in product feedback and planning processes
  • Remove sales blockers to enable key deals and transformation.Drive internal engagement by improve sales effectiveness, transferring knowledge, skills, and messaging to marketing and sales staff, especially pertaining to the cloud and technology policy issues.
  • QualificationsExperience and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience as Sales Leader, Sales Manager or Individual Contributor Sales experienced in working with customers in retail or regulated industries such as manufacturing, health, or education.Proven in driving vision and strategy, transformation, and business outcomes, and challenging industry leaders.
  • Knowledge of ERP Retail, Manufacturing business scenarios and business models is a must.
  • Experienced and credible storyteller and communicator who can articulate the value of Business SaaS services and lead conversations with high-level company executives and decision makers.
  • Strategic thinker including ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong collaborator and community lead who can develop to the growth of a global community of technology and sales professionals.
