GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER

The VOID is looking to hire full-time and part-time Guest Experience Team Members! A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Guest Experience Team Member, you are on the frontline of our virtual reality experience. You cultivate an environment of immersive storytelling and excitement. As a people person, you want to make sure that every guest has the best possible experience. You thrive in this fast-paced environment and are thrilled that you don t have to sit in an office cubicle all day. Your fantastic customer service keeps our guests coming back for more!

Depending on your shift, you ensure that opening and/or closing procedures are completed properly. You greet each guest with a smile and answer their questions patiently. As a cashier, you accurately and efficiently process ticket and merchandise sales using a cash register or self-serve kiosk. You keep an eye on the attraction queue at all times to ensure that guests are happy.

With your attention to detail, you also continuously monitor your surroundings, ensuring that the environment is kept clean and safe. You are organized and take good care of the equipment and props. But your number one priority is always providing above-and-beyond customer service that is just as memorable as our exciting virtual reality experience.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Applicants must be at least ****93 years old
  • 1- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced front-line customer service setting preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
  • Exceptional communication skills and fantastic customer service skills
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to ****93 lbs. unassisted; and bend, twist, and kneel with ease
