The Head of Supply Chain Management in Americas is responsible for overseeing and managing Americas overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with customers, vendors and regional/global key stakeholders within Ericsson.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head to join our Americas Supply Leadership Team based in Plano, Texas.
Plan and implement the overall Americas Supply Chain Strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customers, Finance, Product Management, Sourcing, Vendors and regional/global stakeholders within Ericsson
Determine key supply chain KPIs (key performance indicators)
Suggest and drive solutions for continuous process improvements, digitalization, automation and visualization
Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
Work with customers, sales, services, sourcing, finance and manufacturing teams to determine the best E2E supply chain set-up including manufacturing/Hub strategy and last mile supply chain till customers warehouse/site locations
Manage and improve the Regional Product Portfolio for MANA and MELA/LATAM markets
Responsible for the regional Product Life Cycle Management process (phase in/out) including global and regional portfolios
Secure the localization of products close to our Hub operations in Americas
Responsible for the Material Master Data set-up in all SAP plants in Americas
Drive the overall portfolio optimization/standardization to secure scale and profitability
Responsible to drive competence and business readiness in your group and beyondKey Qualifications: Education: academic degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, MBA or equivalent through experience Min years of experience: 12 years Extensive knowledge of business, supply chain/logistics, finance, process, production and product management Hands on experience with supply chain management software such as SAP modules and data analytics You will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Black Belt Certification, Lean Manufacturing and solid Program/Project Management skills Creating and innovating Formulating strategies and concepts Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking Mobility to travel globally Proficiency in English. Spanish and Portuguese would be an advantage
