Hotel Front Desk Agent

Job Details

The Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle/Bellevue Downtown is offering an exciting opportunity for a guest-focused, friendly, outgoing individual to greet and assist guests as our Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate must multi-task effectively and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Drivers License.

Duties include

  • Checking in-and-out guests
  • Responding to guest requests
  • Taking inventory and driving market sales
  • Up-selling rooms to maximize room revenue
  • Driving the shuttle to surrounding areas
  • Other duties assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Front Office Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication, phone, computer, and hospitality skills.
  • A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to stand for up to 8 hours on end, lift 50lbs, and feel comfortable operating a large vehicle
