Tasks & responsibilities: You willbe our first US HR representative and join an international team of highly competent HR colleagues dedicated to support and bring value to our business. You will be involved in all HR Business Partner assignments from recruitment and onboarding to exit. You will provide guidance on labour law, union agreements, organisational design, workforce planning, learning and development and all other HR processes. If time allows you will also support HR projects and HR initiatives internationally. Our business is in the US is just starting up and you will be the pioneer together with a small group already on the ground. Skills & experience: Our new colleaguehas a minimum of 5 years experience from a similar position dealing with all aspect within HR business partnering. Preferably you have worked in a US subsidiary of a European company and you have substantial knowledge within US Labour Law. If you have worked in an OEM, production or project company it will be a benefit. You probably also have a masters degree or similar. As a person, you have a positive and professional approach to your assignments, and you are a team player with a can-do attitude. You have good problem solving and analytical skills. You thrive in a high-pressure environment and you have proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and make best use of the available resources. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and you often reach buy-in for your ideas and initiatives. You are service-minded, and, at the same time, you manage to challenge the organisation with positive results. We expect you to spend some weeks in Denmark/Europe to get familiar with colleges, processes and procedures and to visit factories, Service- and pre-assembly sites. When induction is finalizing expect 15-30 travel days/year.
