HR Business Partner, Personal Systems Group

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Personal Systems business group:

  • You will partner directly with two senior executives who report into the President of the Personal Systems group
  • You will lead all aspects of HR for these leaders organizations, from people strategy development to execution of key talent activities and programs
  • You will work side by side with these leaders and their teams to foster a culture of innovation and inclusion by attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse community of the industrys most exceptional talent
  • You will have support from and access to a bunch of smart and collaborative peers in the HR function and in the business, including your direct manager who will be focused on your career growth and development
  • Youll be based in Houston, Texas to give you close access to your clients
  • On a typical day you might:

  • Coach multiple senior executives on how they can be most effective in their roles
  • Work with the leaders on the optimal organization structure and design that enables the best business results
  • Create a plan to address engagement on a team or at a site
  • Identify top talent to participate in a leadership development program
  • Determine an appropriate rewards strategy to attract and retain exceptional talent
  • Consult on the workforce plan for the organization, including labor costs and location strategy
  • Figure out how HP can continue to improve diversity and promote an inclusive workplace

  • To land this role, you need to have some experience:

  • Working in an HR role for about 6 10 years
  • Working with senior leaders and quickly building their trust, so they see you as a business partner and problem solver
  • Designing and implementing HR programs globally that help drive the business forward
  • Additional knowledge and skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • First level university degree in HR or a related field; advanced university degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong project management and process development skills
  • Analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis
