Hr Coordinator

The HR Operations Associate Administrator supports the HR team by scheduling interviews and providing an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling candidate interviews and arranging logistics between candidates and recruiters, managers, and interview teams.
• Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
• Coordinates candidate's travel arrangements, processes travel reimbursements and agency invoices.
• Perform audits of data compliance & new hire Documentation Maintain confidentiality of all HR related and sensitive matters Assist with records retention

Desired Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience  preferably in a coordinator role and/or experience in either Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work independently  in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems a plus
• Ability to think flexibly and re-prioritize tasks as needed

Education:

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
