POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing systems, project management, and technical support for the development HRMS while concurrently working to increase process efficiency. The HRIS Analyst Senior is a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data analysis. This role leads and supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides expert consulting, HRIS program and policy design and identification of best practices of the HRIS function.
  • Performs functional regression testing post upgrades.
  • Performs scheduled audits and maintenance activities, recommend solutions and/or improvements for the overall efficiency and increased automation.
  • Sets up and maintains approval rules for specific functional area owners and maintains roles and data security values (organizational hierarchy)
  • Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and design including documentation and implementation of HR systems, maintenance of system configuration, gathering of data requirements and modification of workflows.
  • Manages small to medium projects from conception to implementation: develops project plan, obtains approvals, manages timelines and milestones, writes test scripts, documents and implements solutions.
  • Develops and maintains HRMS related procedures to ensure consistent use and maintenance of HRMS.
  • Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Technology, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting a variety of HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Visio experience a plus.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow through.
