Experience with design, simulation, measurement and analysis of passive components, such as inductors, transformers, baluns and filters. Experience with semiconductor based circuits, devices, and processes including leadframe/laminate technology, and PCB design. Significant experience working with 2.5D and 3D field solvers, such as Sonnet, Integrand EMX, HFSS, KeySight Momentum and EMPro. Understanding of linear network theory and application to passive network analysis and synthesis, such as impedance match, noise pull, and small signal bandwidth design, package and interconnect discontinuities, and relevant CAE design and layout tools. RF CMOS amplifier Design.: Experience developing high-power, high-frequency power amplifiers in fine line CMOS processes. Understanding of large signal RF circuit design, such as power/intermodulation match & load pull, large signal bandwidth limitations. Significant Experience with Large signal RF Circuit simulation tools such as Harmonic balance/periodic steady-state/time domain analysis tools such, ADS, Spectre-RF, etc.
