The IMO Intern will be responsible for various administrative duties, responsibilities and gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments in the Integration Management department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize, schedule, and assist with assigned duties.
  • Develop business, financial and analytical skills needed for career in global wealth management and financial services.
  • Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
  • Perform market research.
  • Gain exposure to wealth management business, products, services and clients financial needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

  • Proficient in writing and editing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • High level of integrity and strict adherence to protecting confidential information
  • Proven administrative skills and expertise
  • Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience:

  • Junior or senior of a four-year university preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in college, community, internship, or co-op experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to analyze data and processes and create compelling reports and presentations
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, with ability to compose persuasive materials to help the leadership team facilitate change across the organization.
  • Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
