Infor HRIS Manager

Summary:
White Lodging is seeking a full-time, experienced Infor/Lawson Global Human Resources (GHR) systems manager to help with the implementation of the Infor Human Capital Management Modules (HCM) as well as facilitate the ongoing enhancements and maintenance to the system. The ideal candidate will aid in the development and implementation of White Lodgings complex Human Resource systems as well as maintain and enhance existing HR systems/processes. The individual will also be responsible for ensuring that the HR system interfaces appropriately with the other business units (i.e. Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:
Infor/Lawson experience in as many of the following as possible:

  • Configuration Console
  • Spreadsheet Designer
  • General understanding of the Human Resource data to create operational reporting and create operational analytics for the business units.
  • Infor/Lawson knowledge in as many of the following as possible:
  • Global Human Resources v11
  • Learning and Talent Management
  • Benefits
  • Compensation Management
  • Goal and Performance Management
  • Onboarding
  • Transition Management
  • Succession Planning
  • Manager Space/Employee Space

Other information:

  • Excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding business user interaction experience a must.
  • HR business process knowledge and ability to work closely with both business and IT resources.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as be self-directed and work independently.
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies in existing Human Resource/Payroll processes and develop a solution to correct those

inefficiencies.

  • Hospitality experience a plus.
  • Excellent writing skills to document Human Resources policies and processes.
  • Infor Certified HCM Consultant - Global HR
  • Infor Certified TM Consultant Compensation, Performance & Goals
  • Cloudsuite/Mingle administration and configuration experience is preferred
  • Understand the system interfaces between the central HR system and the other supplemental software is preferred
  • S3 HR, Financials, and Payroll experience a plus
