Internal Business Developer

Salary : $50000 - $80000  / YEAR

Role & Responsibilities: Experience / Qualifications and Skills Provide home office coverage of NRB clients (Independent B/D’s, Global Banks, Family Offices, Private Banks etc.) and administrative support Proactively engage NRB firms/advisors by providing product information and sales support; scheduling meetings, developing sales strategies and managing client relationships, i.e. conveying pertinent events and marketing campaigns, sharing sales ideas, gathering marketing data Reactively service clients to resolve issues or provide requested information Opportunity identification via prospecting, profiling and other sales channel/ territory analysis Manage client information in CRM and analyze potential opportunities for business development Help coordinate NRB marketing campaigns Serve as a lead specialist representing Internal NRB Sales in meetings with supporting departments  Fluent in Spanish - spoken and written language skills required Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of financial services experience preferred and/or 2 years with Allianz Global Investors At least 2 years of sales/marketing experience preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Excellent listening and probing skills Strong time management and organizational skills Superior product / industry knowledge Ability to travel (20-30)
