Inventory Coordinator

Integra Optics is currently seeking and Inventory Coordinator at our Latham, NY location. Responsible for inventory managements, stocking shelves in according with FIFO. Keep inventory organized and controlled, moving parts in and out upon request maintaining inventory integrity, coordinating audits for serialized products and setting up and conducting full inventory count.


Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Warehousing materials and inputting data into the ERP/MRP system.
  • Processing inventory movement requests.
  • Processing inventory adjustments.
  • Reporting on inventory status and maintaining robotics inventory levels.
  • Auditing warehouse inventory weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Coordinating full inventory counts.
  • Working with other departments to provide material and information as needed.

  • AS/AA degree, in business operations or business management or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years inventory management experience.
  • 2-4 years experience with ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience stocking and handling materials in large quantities (Serialized Desired).
  • Skilled at time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Technical aptitude required.


    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP/MRP Inventory management programs such as Acumatica/Ascent.


    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job Stand, Walk, Sit and Lift and/or move 40 lbs. max. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.


    This position requires no travel.
