The Technical Support Delivery team is looking for an experienced mobile developer to join our high-performing application development team. Our portfolio of applications spans electronic support, call/problem management, and entitlement systems. We operate and transform the capabilities for IBM worldwide technical support which is key to IBMs growth.
The Mobile Platform Developer will be a key contributor on a dynamic team that develops for external and internal clients on the IBM Salesforce system with the goal of ensuring our clients success.
Who you are:
  • Experienced in Mobile Platform Development on native iOS and Android development and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experienced in developing User Experiences on mobile platforms
  • Experienced in supporting end users on mobile platforms with technical issues
  • Learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Work independently and within a team setting
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and self-managed with a demonstrated analytical ability and curiosity
  • Fluent in English
  • Live near or willing to move to Armonk, NY to work collaboratively in the office (relocation assistance unavailable)

What youll do:
  • Develop and support mobile applications and the end users integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Troubleshoot and fix client reported issues
  • Document issue progress and resolution
  • Communicate with clients via email/cases to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Update our Knowledge Base with key information
  • Interface with product development teams while working in a newly renovated Agile space in IBM Armonk

  • 2+ years iOS and Android app experience
  • Android studio
