Description :- Work with a service provider to manage the technology assets in an orderly, cost-effective and strategic manner. Master and assist with troubleshooting and provide training on specific technology equipment. Liaise with third party vendors. Maintain inventory of IT equipment, including work stations, laptops, telephones, smart phones. Support IT end users. Excellent communication skills. Provide technical support to staff and assisting remote troubleshooting by service provider.
