Planned Companies has an immediate opening for a Junior Operations Manager/ Field Supervisor in its Mid Atlantic ( Virginia, DC, and Baltimore) region. Overseas the North West DC/ Northern Virginia Area
Current schedule but not limited to Thursday-Sunday.
o Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
o Assist with shift coverage and other administrative tasks as required.
o Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
o Field and respond to resident requests, inquires and concerns.
o Accept and log deliveries and notify residents of receipt.
o Maintain sign-in logs for guests and contractors.
o Perform clerical and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness.
o Keep work areas clean and organized for efficiency.
o Responsible for key lock boxes.
o Monitor cameras, and report to Security or Management Office.
o Manage special events guest registers
