Junior Hospitality and Security Operations Manager

Planned Companies has an immediate opening for a Junior Operations Manager/ Field Supervisor in its Mid Atlantic ( Virginia, DC, and Baltimore) region. Overseas the North West DC/ Northern Virginia Area

Current schedule but not limited to Thursday-Sunday.


Main Responsibilities

o Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

o Assist with shift coverage and other administrative tasks as required.

o Greet residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.

o Field and respond to resident requests, inquires and concerns.

o Accept and log deliveries and notify residents of receipt.

o Maintain sign-in logs for guests and contractors.

o Perform clerical and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness.

o Keep work areas clean and organized for efficiency.

o Responsible for key lock boxes.

o Monitor cameras, and report to Security or Management Office.

o Manage special events guest registers

**Customer/Client meetings and interaction

**Associate inspections

**Payroll functions

o Skill in effectively communicating and listening to residents, outside resources, and other staff

o Skill in organization and placing attention on details

o Ability to provide exemplary customer service creating successful relationships with residents

o Ability to utilize different computer software

o Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments

o Ability to demonstrate a positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor

o Ability to perform duties with limited supervision


Requirements:
  • Requirements
  • o Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and on-call.
  • o Able to lift packages weighing 50 pounds
  • o Valid Drivers license with reliable transportation
  • **Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite
  • **Excellent verbal and written English communication
