Job Responsibilities :

  • Attend team meetings and taking on tasks as assigned to keep the department moving toward its operational goals.
  • Support and improve existing IAM Services through increased security, efficiency, reporting and coordination.
  • Help implement and support IAM solutions aligned to the security needs of the various Pointy72 business units.
  • Document existing processes and procedures to ensure consistency across the IAM function.
  • Liaison between various Point72 functional teams to help move initiatives forward with transparency and efficiency.
  • Collect, prepare and distribute data to internal and external parties relating to authorizations and activity.
  • Utilize IAM Team reporting capabilities to identify control gaps and/or drifts; determine a risk-based strategy to mitigate, while reporting to management the progress of the remediation plan.
  • Provide similar services to other Information Security team’s as required.

What’s required :The Identity and Access Management, Information Security Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Point72 Identity and Access Management Program. Responsibilities will include monitoring control effectiveness, escalating drift from control objectives and contributing to the overall Point72 Information Security Program. The ideal candidate has an interest in information security and a desire to learn, with the skills to be successful in writing process documentation, generating and distributing metrics and the ability to escalate issues effectively to resolution.  Excellent written and oral communications skills is a must with the ability to write for a general, non-technical audience, with the ability to edit the work of others. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
