We are looking for Performance Engineer / Specialist to join our team in LAC & Tower design in our office in Tokyo, Japan.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will
be responsible for supporting customers to optimise power production of the wind farm through energy yield assessment, layout optimisation and design while making project-specific WTG load evaluation. You will provide technical support for tender sales phases, fabrication, installation and operations through stakeholder involvement. You will also keep an eye on potential turbine performance improvement initiatives to create business values.

Skills & experience: Our new colleague
is either a very experienced wind & site specialist or an engineer with a couple of years of experience. You have a relevant educational background at masters level in engineering with some years of experience in a similar position in a large company. We also expect you to have good knowledge and understanding of relevant IEC standard related to wind turbines (e.g. IEC 61400-1, IEC 61400-3 and IEC 61400-12). As a person, you are innovative and have a systematic approach to your work.
