Customer service point of contact for the PG&A Dept.
Ensure requests and updated information are timely routed to the appropriate person in PG&A to ensure proper planning for shipments.
Prepare shipment paperwork for carriers/truck drivers.
Point of contact for all shipping variance claims.
Point of contact for shipping variance claims - record and monitor all claims to ensure delivery of damaged or shorted parts to customers and distributors in a timely matter.
Creates reporting structure for communication monthly of shortages and damages to the business
Create FOC orders in reference to damage or shortage claims via SAP – using correct call centers.
Monitor the return of parts to ensure customers are credited and parts are relocated back into correct storage locations.
Point of contact for retrieving/copying proof of deliveries for accounting and other business areas as requested.
Process payments in Ariba and track spend
Order office supplies
Prepare, process, and audit invoices
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates Degree and/or Bachelor Degree preferred
Years of Experience: Required
Software knowledge: Recommended
