About You

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical problem-solver. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of all inbound and outbound shipments for our fulfillment center. You will also work within our ERP system to manage logistics, assist in inventory management procedures, and coordinate with multiple departments both to plan new initiatives and resolve logistical issues. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain inventory levels as well as facilitate the receipt and subsequent distribution of our products.


  • Arrange LTL, FTL and small parcel shipments of products from manufacturers to our fulfillment center
  • Ensure that all outbound orders are processed and shipped by the fulfillment team in a timely manner
  • Verify products and quantities received by our fulfillment center against purchase orders, resolving any issues with receipt of orders
  • Analyze weekly invoices received from fulfillment center and request credits for order errors or carrier claim issues
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and the fulfillment team to resolve product order fulfillment/logistics issues
  • Work with marketing and fulfillment to plan and execute promotional strategies, sales and initiatives
  • Hold weekly meeting with fulfillment team to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Reports directly to the Director of Product Operations


  • 2+ years of experience in logistics (direct experience working with 3PL companies is a plus)
  • Knowledge of small parcel shipment providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), and their processes, policies and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBM, SFP, and FBA processes, policies and procedures.
  • Experience with LTL/FTL quoting and booking procedures
  • Familiarity with inventory management and/or ERP systems
  • Experience with eCommerce fulfillment platforms
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement process improvements
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Experience at health, supplement, or wellness brand preferred

Location: This is a full-time, in-office position in our Austin office. Were currently located in Bee Cave, but will be moving at the end of the year to a new location in south Austin.
