What This Position Is All About:
The Logistics Project Coordinator supports a number of high level projects spanning logistics operations and network planning, procurement planning, cost benefit analysis, and engaging business partners to aid business initiatives. The position entails communication and presentation with internal customers and other team members. The ideal candidate will be analytical, possess exceptional communication skills, and desire to learn about Retail Logistics, Supply Chain and Digital Operations.

Ability to travel 10% of the time between United States and Canada.
You Also Have:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Business Management or related field
Min 2 years analytics, logistics or project management, preferably retail / fashion industry
Strong interpersonal, client facing presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, proficient Excel, Word, PP, knowledge of Visio helpful
Highly adaptable, ability to work autonomously and independently
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
As the Logistics Project Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For:
Develop relationships with internal Logistics and Supply Chain partners
Understand Logistics and supply chain business, support process improvement and cost containment projects
Manage reporting of logistics and transportation initiatives and functional reporting as needed for US and Canada teams
Project planning, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder teams, etc.
Coordinate and report project status, communicate and report to key stakeholders
Manage network calendar, process change, data inputs and reporting
Collect and manage RFP schedule of 50+ external business partners
Provide support and engagement in parcel network and analytics
Assist preparing business case analysis and quantify benefits and savings of new initiatives.
Research leading practices and market trends, conducting spend analytics
