The Institutional Research department provides ongoing analysis of student, employee, and community data to enable Highline College to become more equitable, inclusive, and representative of its community in its learning environments, programs, services, and partnerships. In addition to regular data gathering and review, the Data Analyst (Management Analyst 3) generates reports to the college s leadership, the campus community, and the community at large, as well as to specific grant funders and contractors. The analyst works under the general direction of the Director of Institutional Research. The Data Analyst (Management Analyst 3) will work with individuals at all levels of the institution as well as with community members.
This position is a Classified full-time position, which is eligible for overtime. Hours of work may include evening, weekend and travel.
Salary Information: The salary range stated above reflects the starting step of Range 52 (Step A) and ending step (Step L) salary for this classified position. Based on salary placement of Step A, it will take 5.5 years to reach Step L on the salary schedule. This does not reflect any contractual changes, legislative mandated salary increases or Cost of Living Increases (COLA s) that may be approved in the future.
