Fullstack Academy has been a life-changing experience is something we hear often and the reason why we come to work everyday. We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics Associate to help analyze our data and identify marketing opportunities.


As the Marketing Analytics Associate, you will design and build the tools that support our overall marketing operations. You will build reports, dashboards and other data visualizations to enable our team to make the best possible decisions about our marketing efforts. You will analyze the competitive landscape and create recommendations about how we can improve versus the competition.

This role is based on our New York City campus and reports to our VP of Marketing.


In this role, you will:

  • Design and manage real-time marketing performance dashboards
  • Track and measure the performance of online and offline marketing tactics for campaigns, including search engine and display advertising, paid media, email marketing, Web-based content, gated assets, and events
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insight on weekly basis to help marketing team drive business objectives, including improved customer experience and increased conversion rates
  • Assist in preparation of periodic industry/competitive reviews to keep abreast of market trends and identify new innovation opportunities
  • Work with marketing team to troubleshoot brand and campaign/CRM performance issues and investigate data anomalies/outliers

    You are a great candidate for this role if you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign analytics, digital analytics, business analysis, or business intelligence, including experience measuring campaign performance
  • A bachelors or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Marketing (analytics focused), or a related field is preferred
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • The ability to manipulate and visualize data using industry-standard tools such as Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and a full-featured CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
  • You are an exceptional candidate for this role if you also have:

  • Client-side experience
  • Experience with leveraging data warehouses for insights, e.g. BigQuery+SQL
