About Hudson Yards: Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in the history of the United States and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. The site will include more than 18 million square feet of commercial and residential space, state-of-the-art office towers, more than 100 shops including New Yorks first Neiman Marcus, and a collection of restaurants curated by Chef Thomas Keller. Responsibilities

The Hudson Yards Experiences team is seeking a coordinator to support the efforts of the marketing team for Snark Park and Edge. The Marketing Coordinator possesses strong executional, project management and creative skills with a background in digital/social media advertising and event planning. The marketing coordinator will play a critical role managing internal and external day to day communications to drive the marketing teams initiatives forward. The marketing coordinator should have strong project management skills and sense of urgency to manage and execute the variety of tasks within teams plethora of initiatives at a given time.

Marketing Project Management

  • Responsible for implementation of current and future advertising and marketing initiatives for Snark Park and Edge as designated
  • Project manage the day to day communication and execution of Snark Parks active campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and update on-going marketing calendars for digital, OOH, email marketing, social media campaigns, cross-promotional efforts with partners, etc.
  • Assist marketing team with the development of decks for sponsorship opportunities, internal meetings, etc.
  • Retrieve and consolidate consistent reporting across all marketing campaigns and general organic content pushes across social, mail marketing and website
  • Consolidate all metrics, extract and share key insights and provide actionable feedback on regular basis
  • Manage timeline and process for content (or other) approvals required with key partners to hit necessary deadlines
  • Regularly work with ticketing team and CMS platform to extract new opt-in emails and refresh email marketing list
  • Deliver reporting from various sources including the ticketing system, Square platform, customer surveys and Squarespace website, extracting key insights on customer data on consistent, weekly basis
  • Create and deploy surveys to assess customer satisfaction and glean additional insights about visitors
  • Manage and organize libraries of content by liaising with Community Manager and other team members
  • Update the Snark Park website with imagery and information as needed

Events and Social Media:

  • Actively track Snark Parks social media presence and provide robust bi-weekly reporting of engagement, growth metrics and sentiment analysis
  • Manage event coordination with vendors, internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee logistical process of custom product creation for Snark Park events or general capsule collections
  • Administer lists of invitees for Snark Park events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of professional design experience
  • Experience with project management, reporting, coordination, planning, SEO, email marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and collaborative skills
  • Experience with analyzing a variety of reporting and providing actionable feedback
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with natural sense of urgency and ability to work under strict deadlines, work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong interest in art, fashion and design
  • Very organized individual with great initiative and ability to juggle multiple executional projects at a given time

Software Expertise:
  • Marketing: e-marketing platforms such as Constant Contact/MailChimp, Squarespace, Keynote and PowerPoint, Ticketing platformsand retail inventory system Square/Squarespace, Smartsheets, Facebook ads manager
  • Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
  • Keynote
