Marketing Coordinator

Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing department across a variety of residential developments and reports to the Sr. Director of Development. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for internal Marketing department initiatives and coordination. You will collaborate with talented teammates who draw on experiences from many different industries. You will work with key external vendors to execute a wide variety of initiatives and help ensure cohesion between the Compass brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our customers. Responsibilities:

  • Drafts and distributes agendas and notes for client meetings.
  • Maintains and organizes project collateral files.
  • Identifies third-party vendors for projects.
  • Supports the Marketing team in the development of key client deliverables, including project positioning, budgets, timelines, public relations, social media, sales center and model home design, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc.
  • Updates and maintains client deliverables as necessary.
  • Serves as a liaison between the Marketing team and a variety of third-party vendors, including creative firms, advertising agencies, public relations firms, sales center vendors, etc.
  • Directs and manage vendors when opening new sales centers.
  • Updates and maintains social media pages as directed.
  • Coordinates and manages marketing events at sales centers and offsite locations.
  • Executes eBlast campaigns.
  • Tracks and reconciles project petty cash accounts.
  • Manages and coordinates sales center and model home moves, including meeting vendors onsite.
  • Supports and coordinates initiatives across the Marketing department.
  • Assists with compilation and distribution of various sales and marketing reports, including Homebuyer Profile Reports

  • Desired Skills & Experience
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 2-5 years of prior work experience. Residential real estate or marketing background preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and G suite. General understanding of CRM software a plus.
  • Experience managing social media campaigns a plus.
  • Flexible and responsible.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Compensation: Depending on experience. This position is a full time (40 hours per week).
