Direct Access USA LLC (DAUS) is a Delaware limited liability company and was organized on August 23, 2016. The Company is registered as a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and is a member of the National Futures Association. The Company is a clearing member of all CME Group Inc exchanges including the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange, and the COMEX.

DAUS is a wholly owned subsidiary of DA International Financial Services Limited (DAHK) that is a Hong Kong registered FCM regulated by the Securities & Futures Commission of Hong Kong. Collectively, the Direct Access group of financial institutions provide global brokerage services for various products including securities, futures, options and other financial products.

This is a newly created position where the successful candidate will be working closely with our senior management team.

Marketing Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for dependable, client service-oriented marketing manager with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Marketing manager can expect to work closely with senior management, develop customer relationships, help to collect data, forecast trends, and assess customer satisfaction. The position may also be asked to liaise between company and clients, handle social media accounts, and help with event planning.

A successful candidate must understand the importance of confidentiality, keep up to date with style guides and marketing trends, and have strong written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent administrative and word processing skills and presentation know-how.


  • Monitor new account opening and maintain existing accounts
  • Work to establish new relationships with clients to enhance existing client base
  • Perform analytical analysis of marketing performance and aggregate data
  • develop sustainable relationships with leads and clients
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries.
  • Manage social media accounts
  • Create and publish content to digital channels including website design etc.
  • Compliance with firm policies and industry regulation


  • Currently Holding NFA Series 3 License
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields
  • 2 plus years account executive/ client relations experience preferred
  • 2 plus years of working experience related to futures and options trading preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain the effective business relationship
  • Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Mandarin Chinese speaker preferred


  • Competitive Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus commission bonus
