Job Description:
The Media Content Intern will have the opportunity to earn school credit and learn the inner-workings of the Media Content department through participation in a four-month internship in Los Angeles. During this term, the intern with gain insight from all members of the department and assist in a variety of content and marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside Social Media coordinator creating captions, posting, and developing content on all TFP social channels
  • Assist Content Director with copyediting and coordination for the TFP newsletter
  • Retrieve data and organize applications for all new and potential TFP community members
  • Influencer research and reach out
  • Manage and maintain Influencer Tool with incoming talent/management current information
  • Develop weekly culture and trend research
  • Event assistance and guest list management
  • Identify trends and communicate to TFP subscribers
  • Manage Mailchimp process and formatting
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Attend all TFP meetings when in office
  • Complete and present end of semester intern project
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor s Degree in: Marketing, Journalism, Media & Entertainment or Communications/PR
  • Must have personal laptop/computer
  • Must be able to work in office at least 2 days a week
  • Proficiency in and access to Microsoft Office and Keynote (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly familiar with majority social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
