.Net Developer

Job Description:

Programming (5+ years)

• Experienced developer with ASP.Net, C#, Python, and SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Knowledge and skills with the following are recommended
• Visual Studio IDE and TFS
• Use of Bootstrap and jQuery with ASP.Net UI development
• Stored Procedures development in SQL Server
• Use and development of RESTful APIs with C#
• PowerShell and JavaScript experience helpful
• Use of Json and XML in various programming languages
• Batch, VBScript, Perl, and other shell language experience helpful, but not required

General Skills (5+ years)

• IT skills as relates to Windows Server OS Platforms (W2K8, W2K12, W2K16) and RHEL (6, 7,
• Basic knowledge of Server Administration of Windows Server or RedHat Enterprise Linux platforms
• Basic experience with IIS
• Familiarity with ServiceNow API or MicroFocus Server Administrator a plus

Minimum Skill Set

General Skills (5+ years)

• IT skills as relates to Windows Server OS Platforms (W2K8, W2K12, W2K16); RHEL (6, 7, 8)
• Advanced knowledge of Server Administration of Windows Server platforms
• Event Log interpretation
• System Log interpretation
• OS navigation to retrieve data and information regarding all aspects of OS configuration
• Troubleshoot issues and effective remediation
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira Software
• Automation skills a plus

Programming (5+ years)

• Programing basics used by all languages
• Advanced Powershell, ACMD Batch, VBScript. Other shell language (Perl, Python, etc.) experience helpful, but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of .Net in regards to Powershell
• Experience leveraging and using source control with IDE Code base Configuration Management exposure a plus.
• Familiar with Installers that use (Windows) MSIExec or MSI API / (RHEL) RPM to install products, updates, patches in silent mode.
