About the role
The role of the Business Development Executive is to aggressively acquire new accounts to grow the firm by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. The target clients are private equity, real estate investment and mid to large property owners in NYC. The role requires a strong mindset, high-level work ethic, a closer mentality and very strong people skills.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas in private equity, investment sales or the real estate industry. You will use your communication skills to cultivate positive relationships with potential prospects, from the first contact until closing the deal.

Compensation: Receive a percentage of revenue from all new accounts for 1 year or more
