New Business Development Executive

About the role

The role of the Business Development Executive is to aggressively acquire new accounts to grow the firm by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. The target clients are private equity, real estate investment and mid to large property owners in NYC. The role requires a strong mindset, high-level work ethic, a closer mentality and very strong people skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas in private equity, investment sales or the real estate industry. You will use your communication skills to cultivate positive relationships with potential prospects, from the first contact until closing the deal.

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails (100+ dials/day)
  • Localize your knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies based on market
  • Attend industry meet ups and trade shows
  • Aggressively prospect opportunities in the market
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Meet potential clients at their place or wine and dine

Who you are

  • Possess a high energy, strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive can-do attitude via the phone and in person
  • Have proven track record with clients in real estate or private equity
  • Minimum of 15 years experience
  • Online advertising sales background is a plus
  • High ethical values and integrity
  • Ability to prioritize and utilize time management
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Very outgoing and personable, with very strong people skills

Compensation: Receive a percentage of revenue from all new accounts for 1 year or more

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 to $205,000.00 /year
