Job Description :

Tejjy Inc. is looking for Office Administrator to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. Experience in AEC industry is preferred. H1 / OPT applicants are welcome. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage agendas/appointments for upper management

· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, mail, etc.)

· Support book keeping procedures (processing payroll and managing invoicing system)

· Create, update, and maintain company database for company records (certifications, time sheets, etc.)

· Draft and submit proposals as required

· Cold calling and sending follow-up emails (approximately 10-15 per day)

· Assist Colleagues when needed

 

Requirements:

· Associate degree required (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

· 2+ years of experience as Office Administrator in the AEC industry (Preferred)

· Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Quick-books, and CRM (Zoho will be an added advantage)

 

Hours & Compensation:

8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday – Friday

Up to $40,000 / year (may vary depending on the experience)
