Individually, we’re proud to employ a family of the most dedicated and hard-working people in the industry, from ownership on down We are looking for an Office Assistant to work in our Corporate office in West Chester, PA. to typing, filing and scheduling, performs coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures. Responsibilities Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system and retrieves information from files when needed. Establishes, develops, maintains and updates library of files and records. Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy. Responsible for answering phones, screening and transferring inbound calls to the appropriate personnel Receive incoming faxes, review and distribute to appropriate personnel Create weekly field report and follow up with Managers to obtain missing information Process outgoing parcel packages and receive all mail and parcel packages for distribution to appropriate Department Receive and organize all file time cards received from the field while performing an audit to ensure correctly filled Requirements Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have proficient knowledge of MS Applications e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint H,S. Diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of previous administrative experience preferred Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred) ESCFederal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
