Office Assistant - AP

McDonald\'s of Wilcrest Katy Fwy – Houston, TX

Administrative Duties:

  • Support office, filling data retention and other office duties
  • Process and/or distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Conduct company business according to company policy
  • Answer phones, when needed, and direct calls
  • Ability to organize, prioritize
  • Guest Recovery
  • General administrative duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
  • Accounts Payable
  • Preparation of invoices for approval prior to payment.
  • Process Invoices (Enter invoices into accounting software)
  • Print, mail and file checks
  • Follow up with vendors on Accounts receivable and Accounts payable
  • Handle requests for information and data and retrieve documents from filing system
  • 18+
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as all Microsoft Office Products and Adobe.
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Be punctual and maintain a good attitude.
  • Be able to follow directions and rules set by the organization.
  • Wiling to learn and adapt to new functions provided by the organization.
