Office Manager / Assistant

Worth Avenue Yachts – Seattle, WA

Worth Avenue Yachts is seeking a positive and enthusiastic Office Manager to support the newly-opened Worth Avenue Yachts Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a mastery of Microsoft Office Suite. In this role, you will serve as the point person for greeting clients, office maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. You will coordinate with the sales team to organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Must have good attention to detail, ability to follow direction and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Basic duties include:

  • Support sales team as required
  • Prepare sales-related documents
  • Maintain brokers listings
  • Answer phones and maintain lead email protocol
  • Serve as the point person, coordinator for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings appointments, customer events and boat show setup
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain and monitor sales transactions

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities at once
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and basic Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Ability to work some weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs during boat shows and events

Desired:

  • Experience working with vendors to coordinate shows and events a plus
  • Maritime experience
  • Knowledge of marine industry MLS a plus
  • CRM experience
