  • More than 10+ years of overall IT experience having Oracle EBS core Finance expertise
  • Extensively worked in Oracle EBS and managed large AMS / Support engagements of >50 people in an Onsite/Offshore model
  • Adept with AMS basics i.e. SLA s, Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, RCA s, Change Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Knowledge Mgmt
  • Experience with running meetings and ability to communicate with C-level staff (creating Support presentations for P1 issues, etc.)
  • Ability to grow the current engagement thru continuous improvements that add value to the customers bottom line
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
  • Writing proposals (i.e. Change Requests, SOW s, Enhancements) to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services
  • Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality and team member performance
  • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
  • Analyzing program risks
  • Oracle Finance modules experience: Oracle Application 11i and R12: General Ledger (GL), Account Payables (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Asset (FA), Oracle Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Depreciation, Revenue Recognition, Auto Accounting, Auto Invoices, Quick cash, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Tools
  • Oracle Application Processes: Demand To Deliver, Record to Report, Distributor Experience
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Financial 11i and R12 design, set up, configuration and customization
  • Requirements gathering, GAP analysis, process improvement and collaboration with technical team
  • Experience in all phases of full life-cycle Oracle implementation: requirement gathering, Process Modelling, GAP Analysis, report mapping using AIM Methodology
  • Demonstrated abilities in enhancing the operational effectiveness through design, development and execution of software and ERP systems
