Maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture. As a Manager in our Products industry Technology Consulting business, youll be:Supporting business development opportunities to bring innovative technology solutions and ways of working to clientsSupporting origination activities (guide a client to make a decision for Accenture, shape the solution) and deliver to meet client expectationsPartnering with clients on business/ technology transformation programs; orchestrating the implementation of planned initiatives and realization of business outcomesLeading a project Finance or Supply Chain team to translate clients business goals/ challenges into technology roadmaps and architecture designsDefining solution blueprints that leverage the new Oracle Cloud and Products industry/ functional solutionsLeading a team that is delivering enterprise-wide transformation programsDesigns new or maintains existing application solution in Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Cloud focusing on Supply Chain modulesInvolved in performing ERP-SCM assessments, help building the ERP-SCM roadmaps and solution blueprintsDefine Supply chain technology roadmaps and solutionsIdentifying opportunities to bring innovative solutions and ways of working to our clientsBuilds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal developmentBuilding and applying technical, industry, and functional knowledge to support efforts in selling opportunities to both existing and new clientsSupport assessment, road mapping, and functional/technical evaluation of technology in the supply chain management areasDeveloping your skills as a Technology Consulting practitioner to ensure continued market and client relevanceUses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problemsUnderstands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goalsBasic QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of experience with delivering Oracle Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing with Oracle E-Business R12 experience or CloudExperienced or certified in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modulesApplying leading practice around process, organization and technology design across core Supply chain areas: discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, supply chain planning, inventory optimizationPrior consulting experience in large, complex change efforts in supply chain transformation for Automotive, Industrial, Retail, Consumer Goods and Travel industriesMinimum of 8 years eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-casesDesign Thinking as an approach to solving client problemsPreferred QualificationsExcellent client facing skills, working with clients for the following types of activities: business process design, key configuration workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, Functional Design, Test Planning and Test ExecutionKnowledge of underlying table structures in Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, PurchasingProfessional Skills RequirementsAbility to travel up to 75% (typically Monday Thursday at client site)Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsAbility to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful mannerAbility to develop creative and breakthrough solutionsStrong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skillsExperience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution designWell-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information.
